There’s something about newborn babies that just makes life stop. I witness it every time I photograph a newborn, and experienced it for myself when my little guy was born almost 4 months ago. All of the sudden, nothing else matters. This tiny little munchkin is all there is. It’s absolutely perfect. Sure, they cry at 2 am…and 4 am…and 5 am… and they demand more of your time than you could have ever thought possible, but they’re just so darn precious. Nothing else matters but them.

Little Alexis joined the world on New Years Day and was quite the little trooper during our session. I don’t think I heard even a teenie little peep from her! Enjoy some of my favorites from her newborn session.
