“She’s your lobster.”
If you know Friends like I do, you know exactly what I’m referencing. The wise words of Miss Phoebe Buffay.
“It’s a known fact that lobsters fall in love and mate for life. You can actually see old lobster couples walking around their tank holding claws.”
Sure, it’s cheesy 90’s sitcom humor, but I love it. I love it not only because I love ridiculous humor, but because it’s so true.
It’s about your person. Your partner. Your best friend.
The one that just fits. They make everything better, make everything easy. They make every moment of life more enjoyable than it was before.
Gillian & Geoff are so each other’s lobster. They smile bigger together. Laugh harder together. And they’ll be holding claws for life.
Enjoy some of my favorites from their Brookside Gardens wedding, and leave a comment at the end to help them get a free 11×14 of their favorite image! 🙂
Gillian’s girls were the best – including her adorable flower girl!
First look time!
Because what do you do when you see each other for the first time on your wedding day and you can’t contain your excitement?
You high five.Love the mix of pinks and corals!
And the guys don’t look too shabby either.
Her laugh. And his smile.
Gillian & Geoff are so fun, so relaxed, and so full of life. And at the same time, they’re so romantic, so cozy, and so perfectly perfect together.
Geoff’s face when he saw Gillian come down the aisle was priceless.
Gillian mixed in some fun in her vows and her bridesmaids chipped in by doing a little dance 😉
Such perfect decor for a summer Brookside Gardens wedding!
Those s’mores cookies on the middle tier…I may or may not be guilty of eating one. And it may or may not have been ridiculously delicious 😉
Bridal party speech turned flash dance!
Gillian surprised everyone by joining in herself!
After a little dancing, we took some time to do sunset photos. I just love how these turned out. So soft and so romantic.Gah. Favorite. I want to see this printed big.
That little smile she has…she only has it when he kisses her.
Favorite number two. Because their looks…and the sun…and the sky. Drool.
Finishing off the night with the classic bouquet and garter toss!
Gillian & Geoff – you have each found your lobster! Thank you so much for having me as a part of your day. I can’t wait to see where you “swim” off to next 😉
