The Royal Wedding!!

Filed in: Weddings

The Royal Wedding is now hours away, and I can’t believe how much buzz there is about it! Holy bananas! And, of course, I couldn’t help but join in on all the fun 😉

Dora Grace, a fabulous new bridal shop in Fort Collins, and Nature’s Grace Design, helped me to put together the most perfect photo shoot I’ve ever been a part of. Together, we put together our idea of what Kate should wear! With a full boutique full of dresses, three magnificent bouquets, three of the most gorgeous model-brides (and one very handsome “Prince”), and of course THE RING, we put together our ideas of how the Princess will look!!

Kelsey – you are such an amazing model!!! We took this look a little more funky with this option for the Princess because, well, it’s 2011! Come on, Kate, you know you can pull it off! 😉 LOVE that headband Dora Grace has!

Talk about dream bouquet. . . Ria with Nature’s Grace was nice enough to let me take this gem home with me 🙂 (And eeeeee I was soooo excited, probably too excited really…..haha;) )

How adorable is it that this dress has POCKETS!!!!

Ria from Nature’s Grace did such an outstanding job with the flowers! These poppys, garden roses, and tulips matched our funky looks just perfect! With a spring wedding, we’re hoping to see some soft oranges and yellows from the Royal couple!

Kate could shock us all and go totally modern – like this stunning mermaid gown! Jenny – our “Kate” here – you look so gorgeous!

Those Royals…all about the hats!

Can’t forget the ring!

The perfect match of classy and traditional with a little modern spice 🙂 Keegan Steele did a fab job with the make-up on our Royal ladies!

Kelsey, you are soooo stunning!!

Gah. Such gorgeous dresses! Ladies, seriously, go to Dora Grace. They’ve got it all 🙂 Plus, they have the sweetest staff…ever. Ever.

It’s all about the details. Love it 🙂

Can’t get more classic than that!

Can I just say that bling-y belts are one of the best things that ever happened to wedding dresses? I mean, come on, how gorgeous does that look together!

Classy or a little funkier? We’ll see which way she goes!

Oh, the prince 🙂

A traditional take on the Princess look.

Matching boutonnieres and all!

Thank you so much to Dora Grace, Nature’s Grace Design, Keegan Steele for a great job with make-up, and the three amazing models that joined us!
